I'm going to close this task right now. There are other tests that might
catch this sort of thing and snapcraft will make sure this doesn't
happen in the general case. Please reopen if this is in error.

Bug description:
As recently discussed with asac:
The click store review tools should support checking if the click is
self-contained or if it lacks libraries that are not part of the
declared frameworks. This probably needs a bugtask against the review
tool, but we need to export this information from click too (if we
don't do that already).
