The install failed due to an error in your EFI system partition.  Not
sure why that would go away on its own.. normally you should have to
fsck it.

Bug description:
  Don´t know why it happens, i had running Ubuntu it was not booting
  anymore. I was trying for a complete new install, then this happened.
