[Bug 1517426] [NEW] apt-get source the pinned versions, not the latest available ones

You have been subscribed to a public bug:

lxc in trusty depends now on lxcfs but this is only available in the
backports pocket.  This triggers ADT failures:

Either way I do not believe this is a valid dependancy with it in that
