Public bug reported:
When upgrading from Trusty 14.04 to Vivid 15.04, installation only gets
so far and:
Could not determine the upgrade
An unresolvable problem occurred while calculating the upgrade.
This can be caused by:
* Upgrading to a pre-release version of Ubuntu
* Running the current pre-release version of Ubuntu
* Unofficial software packages not provided by Ubuntu
15.04 is not a pre-release, and there are too many packages to go
through to find which are not provided by ubuntu.
