I'm using Ubuntu 16.04 dev with dbus 1.10.6-1ubuntu1 and if the file
/etc/dbus-1/session-local.conf gets created and dbus gets restarted most
parts of the system does then freeze. The only exception is that the
mouse cursor can still be moved and it also changes its symbol if
hovering specific elements but the windows doesn't react anymore.
