You chose to install grub to the encrypted partition.  You need to
install it to /dev/sda.

Bug description:
  Installer generates error code on attempting to install a bootloader
  into the old boot partition on a drive where the root partition is
  encrypted.  The boot partition is on the same drive, but is not
  encrypted.
