  UEFI GRUB install failed

Status in grub-installer package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  I have Win 10 installed to an SSD.

  I have a 1Tb HDD that I was installing Ubuntu to. It had a legacy
  install of Win 7 and Ubuntu 15.04 on it.

  I chose to upgrade the 15.04 install.

  Installed and then fell over at the grub install step.
