  New

Bug description:
  mkdir -p rootfs/usr/bin/
  sudo cp /usr/bin/qemu-aarch64-static rootfs/usr/bin/
  sudo debootstrap --arch=arm64 --verbose xenial rootfs 

  After sudo chroot,  add this PPA into the chroot:
  1) https://launchpad.net/~ci-train-ppa-service/+archive/ubuntu/stable-phone-overlay

  2) add "universe" component into sources.list

  3) install golang package
      apt-get install golang-go

  4) run go -v
      
       root at ubuntu:/# go -v
  fatal error: rt_sigaction failure
