15.10 has reached end of life and is no longer supported. In addition,
it looks like your computer has a severe hardware problem; you should
run a memory test on it.

** Changed in: grub-installer (Ubuntu)
       Status: New => Invalid

Title:
  Ubuntu 15.10 installer crashes when installing besides another ubuntu
  (separate /boot) and sharing btrfs volume

Status in grub-installer package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  I have on the same drive Windows 10, Ubuntu 15.10 (boot ext4 on
  /dev/sda5), and I'm installing another Ubuntu 15.10 (with boot ext4 on
  /dev/sda6 and sharing btrfs volume /dev/sda7 [with spans also on
  /dev/sdb1]). PC is EFI.

  End of installation crashed with grub2 installation. Something strange
  is that /target/usr/lib/grub looks like a 32bit/BIOS...
