Trusty is an lts it updates only to the next lts by default this will be
happening in the next week so am marking as invalid.

  14.04 doesnt update to 15.10

Bug description:
  My trusty tahr wont update. When i started the process it worked
  halway through then the new os crashed. i had to put 14.04 back on it,
  and lost all info.
