  error during attempt to upgrade tofrom 14.04.3 to 14.10

  New

Bug description:
  en error appeared when i did do-release-upgrade-d missing root file utopic.tar.gz.gpg
  i tried sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get upgrade
  looks like update went well but still none file found
  do-release-upgrade without -d  went wrong so i sent a note to u.
