[Bug 1607251] [NEW] OTA 12 fails to boot

Yesterday I upgraded to OTA 12, the phone can't boot since then, not even the first time after the installation.
The phone is always at the splash screen. Yesterday the phone drained all the battery trying to reboot.
the screen is sometimes blinking in the splash screen.

The phone is bq 4.5 ub. ed.
The phone isn't with the image as R/W, is as default.
