Bug description:
  This error occured when I tried to upgrade my Ubuntu Kylin from version15.10 to version16.04 this morning.
  I upgraded my operating system from Ubuntu Kylin 15.04 to 15.10 last night.
  The sogoupinyin package often has errors. Since it is related to input method, maybe it also has something to do with errors of fontconfig.
