  This is on Ubuntu 16 desktop amd64, installed to an mdadm RAID 0 and
  booting to the Unity desktop for the very first time. ASUS Crosshair V
  Formula-Z, FX-8350, 850 Evo 256G x 2 in MDADM RAID 0 only; partitions
  RAIDed; EFI installed to both sda1 and sdb1 (partition cloned via dd)
