[Bug 1591288] [NEW] Improvement of GUI installation dialog

Public bug reported:

I perform recently xubuntu 16.04 installation. I wanted to reuse already
existing partitions and LVM thus I used 'advance method'. The main point
in that kind of installation is list of drives/partitions where you can
select which mount point will use given partitions.

This dialog is very unfriendly:
- it should be resizeable (especially maximize) as it contains many information and you need to many time to scroll,
- scrolling works somehow poor,
- I could not change already existing LVM (for example resize or delete or create new).
- when I choose already existing ext4 partition then GUI forces formatting of that partition. But what if I don't want to format? Maybe even I want to retain data that is on that partition.

** Affects: installation-report (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
