  Add support for running a 64-bit Linux kernel on a 32-bit EFI.

Bug description:
  1) Ubuntu 14.04
  2) grub2 2.02~beta2-9ubuntu1.8
  3) Executing `grub-install` will install platform files by i386-efi on 32-bit UEFI BIOS.
  4) It installed platform files by x86_64-efi instead.

  P.S. Ubuntu 16.04 doesn't have this issue.
