Public bug reported:

Hi,

here is one error message I see in journalctl on several of my systems:

juin 10 00:17:12 vougeot systemd[1]: plymouth-quit-wait.service: Found ordering cycle on plymouth-quit-wait.service/start
juin 10 00:17:12 vougeot systemd[1]: plymouth-quit-wait.service: Found dependency on plymouth-start.service/start
juin 10 00:17:12 vougeot systemd[1]: plymouth-quit-wait.service: Found dependency on keyboard-setup.service/start
juin 10 00:17:12 vougeot systemd[1]: plymouth-quit-wait.service: Found dependency on plymouth-quit-wait.service/start
juin 10 00:17:12 vougeot systemd[1]: plymouth-quit-wait.service: Breaking ordering cycle by deleting job plymouth-start.service/start
juin 10 00:17:12 vougeot systemd[1]: plymouth-start.service: Job plymouth-start.service/start deleted to break ordering cycle starting with plymouth-quit-wait.service/start

Those messages are then repeated many times.

The machines do boot, but there are random things breaking (network,
autologin, ...) and this error message is the first one occurring,
therefore I would like to get rid of it before tackling other error
messages (there are many!).
