This has been fixed for  Ubuntu 16.10 ("Yakkety"). Ubuntu 16.10 will be
released in October.

systemtap (3.0-3) unstable; urgency=medium

  * Build for any architecture. This includes arm64, ppc64el and s390x.
    Closes: #752891.
