You've filed a bug saying 'update-grub' is not found, against the grub
package which your bug report says you do not have installed on your
system. Sorry, but this doesn't look like a valid bug report.

On Ubuntu yakkety systems, the update-grub command should be provided by
the grub2-common package, and installed at /usr/sbin/update-grub, which
should be on the system path.

** Changed in: grub (Ubuntu)
       Status: New => Invalid
