Issues with Ubuntu Mirrors (the servers from which you download
packages) should be reported to mirrors at ubuntu.com and not on Launchpad.

Status in ubuntu-release-upgrader package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  The Packages file for the multiverse components of
  precise/trusty/xenial point to a file
  http://us.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/pool/universe/j/jasperreports
  /libjasperreports-java_4.1.3+dfsg-3_all.deb

  But the directory at
  http://us.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/pool/universe/j/jasperreports/ is
  a bad link. I cannot access it with wget, browser, etc.

  I am attempting to mirror the repositories and the downloads will
  always fail because of these broken links.
