Hello, I noticed the following in your logs:

, W:Failed to fetch http://in.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/dists/wily-
backports/multiverse/source/Sources  Unable to connect to
in.archive.ubuntu.com:http: [IP: 2001:67c:1562::15 80]

If you don't have IPv6 connectivity but APT is trying to use IPv6
addresses, you can for apt to use IPv4 via the Acquire::ForceIPv4 setting;
see apt.conf(5) for full details:

apt-get -o Acquire::ForceIPv4=yes update
apt-get -o Acquire::ForceIPv4=yes upgrade

etc.
