Bug description:
  STEPS:
  1. Install a fresh install
  2. Open Firefox
  3. Navigate to Chrome Download
  4. Select the right arch and click on download
  5. Select the Download and open in Software Installer

  EXPECTED:
  Chrome to install

  ACTUAL:
  Popup saying unable to install see screenshot
