I'm using Ubuntu 16.04 dev with git-gui 1:2.7.0-1 and if I'm changing in
an existing project a file, staging it with git-gui, reverting its
content and then unstaging it with git-gui the file will be shown as
- unstaged while it should not be shown in this case.
