[Bug 1553116] [NEW] Refreshing selects the wrong file

I'm using Ubuntu 16.04 dev with git-gui 1:2.7.0-1 and if in "Unstaged
Changes" a modified file and a newly added file exist refreshing git-gui
does always select the changed file even if the selection was on the
newly added file.
