[Bug 1554481] Re: [FFe] OpenSSH 7.2p1

ssh has tons of reverse dependencies, most of which don't have
autopkgtests. However, the risk seems acceptable as the changelog does
not mention any removed features or different interpretation of existing
config options; and this does not depend on anything else, so if this
hypothetically breaks MaaS or something similar, we could still roll
back.

So please go ahead, thanks!

Title:
  [FFe] OpenSSH 7.2p1

Status in openssh package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
I'd like to upgrade OpenSSH to 7.2p1 in xenial, on the general
principle that keeping OpenSSH as up to date as possible is a good
plan. There are a few more changes to default crypto algorithms and
some new features, but they're relatively minor compared to 7.0/7.1.

Packaging changes are minimal; about the only thing I've done is
reintroduce the slogin -> ssh symlinks removed by upstream in 7.2, in
  line with Fedora.
