The interface enccw0.0.f5f0 is not set to "auto". If you add the line
"auto enccw0.0.f5f0" before the interface definition in
/etc/network/interfaces, does it work as expected?

  execute 
  service networking restart Ip address will not be set on interface after finishing the service restart you have to do an ifup interface name to set the ip address on interface again
  will add dbinfo and sosreport to bugzilla.
