That's very strange. Can you check if the following command exits
normally or prints any errors?

python2.7 -c "import ConfigParser"

Also, what did you exactly do to port your installation to Python 3? Did
you modify any system files or remove any packages?

Do you have any broken packages now? What does `sudo apt-get install -f`
say?
