/procps-ng> or in the package's metadata, is outdated. The project has
moved to <https://gitlab.com/procps-ng/procps>.

$ dpkg -s procps | grep Homepage

$ curl -sL  http://gitorious.org/procps | grep No
404 - No projects found

$ lsb_release -a
No LSB modules are available.

This has been fixed in the Debian package (<https://packages.debian.org/sid/procps>).
