Bug description:
  Today's Xenial  ubuntu-touch rootfs [1] failed to build with:

  There were changes to the password database,
  please adjust the values in the livecd-rootfs source in the file:
  live-build/ubuntu-touch/hooks/00-uid-gid-fix.chroot_early

  Please check also if a maintainer script of the package
  that added these entries perhaps created a home directory and,
  if needed, add code for creation of it to the above hook
  E: config/hooks/00-uid-gid-fix.chroot_early failed (exit non-zero). You should check for errors.
