I can't really understand what you are saying.  Can you try to describe
the boot menu you see better?  Perhaps a screen shot?

Bug description:
  STEPS:
  1. burn the latest daily amd64
  2. on a uefi system boot the image

  EXPECTED:
  I expect the initial menu to make some kind of reference to the image being install

  ACTUAL:
  It lists the version of grub being use and the menu entries
