[Bug 1579639] [NEW] Xeniel Shut Down does not shut down but result in logout on a few occasions

On a few occasions, when I pressed "Shut Down..." in the desktop main
menu, the OS will logout instead of shutting down. I have not noticed a
pattern for this occurrence yet.
