[Bug 1639801] [NEW] we should not create separate /boot partition for LVM+GRUB

I understand that installing a system with LVM today using the alternate
server CD results in a separate /boot partition, but that this should
not be required with current GRUB.  We should avoid steering users to
create a separate /boot partition where it's not required.
