I'm sorry but I'm not going to do this. Most packages that are
implemented in Go just build-depend on golang-go and invoke /usr/bin/go
and it's important that the version of Go that gets you is controlled by
the packages' build-depends not whatever the admin of the system has
done with update-alternatives.

Go 1.7 is packaged for yakkety
http://packages.ubuntu.com/search?keywords=golang-1.7 , but installing
golang installs and points to 1.6. Consider implementing an
alternatives setup, allowing to switch between 1.6 and 1.7. Thanks
