Title:
we should not create separate /boot partition for LVM+GRUB

Bug description:
I understand that installing a system with LVM today using the
alternate server CD results in a separate /boot partition, but that
this should not be required with current GRUB. We should avoid
steering users to create a separate /boot partition where it's not
  required.
