Bug description:
  At the recent November Ubuntu Technical Board, it was proposed and
  accepted that Ubuntu Budgie gain official community flavour status

  As such, please find a proposed update to include a ubiquity-
  slideshow-ubuntu-budgie package required for the upcoming zesty ISO
  generation.
