  Web browser didn't appear when 'Report a problem...' asked if I could
  add more info to a bug report that would come up in a web browser

Bug description:
  I tried loading Checkbox in the live session, the 'Report a
  Problem...' dialogue came up and told me that the problem had already
  reported and asked if I could add more detail to the bug when it came
  up in the web browser, but the web browser didn't load.
