4.8 kernel have changed some internal apparmor design; so apparmor has
been upgraded too (actually into yakkety-proposed archive); so if
'proposed' is activated and apparmor upgraded, that issue should be
gone.

  dpkg hang while installing mainline kernel packages

Bug description:
  Before I start: this issue does not inconvenience me very much.  I am
  mainly submitting it because it provides a good test case to
  investigate dpkg hangs, which it seems do occur from time to time.  If
  it is not of interest please feel free to close again, or to let the
  bug expire.

  When I install the mainline daily kernel i386 headers and builds built
  on October 11 and on October 13 in an almost completely fresh 32-bit
  Ubuntu 16.04 virtual machine in VirtualBox, installation is painfully
  slow - currently, after nearly two hours, it is on the second package
  of three.  I do the installation by manually downloading the headers-
  all, the headers-generic and the image-generic packages (for
  completeness I download on the host, and I scp them from the guest)
  and executing "sudo dpkg -i" in a gnome-terminal on the guest.
