[Bug 1633779] [NEW] Random black screen

Public bug reported:

I have a BQ E4.5 with updated ubuntu touch. Randomly the screen becomes
black and the power button don't seems to do nothing.

While in this "state" i can recive calls (the device rings and after that the notification led blinks) and change the volume level but the screen doesn't changes. 
After a few hours, minutes... the sistem reboots and screen begin working fine as it was powered off.
I really NEED help on this, is unreliable and i can't use it.
