Can we please have a fix? It's a serious bug for a LTS server.
I have many scripts running on different LTS servers with this problem, and really, I'm a bit tired of patching them (adding LANG=C, for example).

To install Zukitwo-Primary-Colors theme on Ubuntu/Linux Mint (Press Ctrl+Alt+T) and copy the following commands in the Terminal:
Terminal Commands:
mkdir ~/.themes
wget -O zukitwo_pc.zip http://dl.dropbox.com/u/53319850/NoobsLab.com/zukitwo_primary_colors.zip
unzip zukitwo_pc.zip -d ~/.themes; rm zukitwo_pc.zip
