[Bug 1635702] [NEW] package language-pack-en 1:16.04+20160627 failed to install/upgrade: package language-pack-en is already installed and configured

I don't know exactly what happening. I tried to install and after change my password here and try again to install, then I look at the list of installed programs and the status was Installed.
I shut down normaly and go to sleep, now I'm seeing this error message.
