Grub defaults to installing to /dev/sda. In your case, /dev/sda is not
formatted, so this failed. Either format it, or install grub to another
drive and make sure your bios is set to boot from that drive.

I have a bug installing ubuntu on a new computer.
I Have an ssd disk on /dev/sdb I try to install on this disk.
I get the following error grub-install fail
