You are using sbuild with incorrect options. mountall build-depends on:
Build-Depends: [...] plymouth-dev (>= 0.8.5.1) | libplymouth-dev (>=
0.8.1-3)
Launchpad resolves this to libplymouth-dev, which exists, instead of
plymouth-dev, which does not. You need to configure your sbuild to use
the same options as are used for builds in Launchpad.
