[Bug 1623856] [NEW] Updated gtk element means you need to specify a size on the details drop down or it is only 1 line high

STEPS:
1. install 16.10
2. open software-updater
3. when clicking on update click on the details drop down

EXPECTED:
I expect to see 5-6 lines of test that is scrollable

ACTUAL:
You get a single line that doesn't seem to scroll
