Michael Fox, that worked for me too. Thanks.
Community, I make the mistake of creating a "backup" file named "LD_LIBRARY_PATH_old.conf" and them execute sudo ldconfig. To solve the problem there must not exist any file with the name LD_LIBRARY_PATH.
