[Bug 1627933] [NEW] 0.125ubuntu4 (ip-config → dhclient) breaks multipath-tools tests

reliably breaks multipath-tools' autopkgtests on the infrastructure. The
instances don't reboot after test setup, thus cause a "tempfail", and
are being retried infinitely.

This does not reproduce with QEMU locally, I'll run this manually on the
infra and collect some logs.
