[Bug 1679429] [NEW] UEFI tftp configuration lookup

Public bug reported:

Grub2 UEFI lookup for grub.cfg in the grub folder, we should also add the grub2 folder.
Also, special environment variables (like $net_pxe_mac and $net_default_mac) doesn't seems to be well interpreted in this configuration.
