Bug description:
  The version of ltrace in the distro is ancient and doesn't support PIE
  binaries. The upstream version works just fine with them.

  Expected:

  "ltrace ssh" produces trace of library calls.

  Actual:

  "ltrace ssh" includes no tracing.
