  dejavu size 10 become smaller in Mint 18

Status in freetype package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  1) Linux Mint 18
  2) select Dejavu sans size 10 or Sans regular size 10
  3) Linux Mint 18 Dejavu sans size 10 is smaller than in Linux Mint 17 Dejavu size 10.
  4) Dejav sans size 10 should appear same size as in Linux Mint 18 as in version 17
  5) Always happens. While other fonts I tested( liberation sans ) do not have this problem.
