Let me tell you my quick little story, since school started I  couldn't play at least a game everyday  and therefore  my aim is getting worse and worse, I could play in weekends but still couldn't do  as good as I did before.  Since  holidays I  went on arena and  deathmatch servers, once I felt my aim was good  I played only  premade,  and in 5 days I got to supreme from DMG. 
So basically just  go premade and try to play at  least  a game  daily so you won't lose  your aim.
