Thanks for filing this bug in Ubuntu.

We sync the samba package from Debian and try to keep our delta as small
as possible.

There is an MP[1] up to upgrade the Ubuntu package to 4.6.5, bringing it
on par with current Debian unstable.

If Debian updates its package to 4.6.7 before Artful's feature
freeze[2], we can probably sync it one more time.
